How to Log In and Schedule an Appointment
Log in to your account using the app or web version.

Select “Schedule Appointment.”
Choose the CHaRM location where you would like to drop off materials.
Select your preferred appointment date and time.
Confirm your appointment.
See upcoming appointment(s) under “Appointment Check-In” on the homepage.
Checking In for Your Appointment
- Appointment confirmations are no longer sent by email.
- You can view your upcoming appointments under “Appointment Check-In” on the homepage.
- Your appointment QR code will become available on the date of your appointment.
- Upon arrival, have your QR code ready for scanning at check-in.
- If you are unable to access your QR code, simply provide the email address associated with your account to the staff member at check-in.
