To drop items off at CHaRM, you must have an appointment. This not only makes the  drop-off experience quick and easy for our visitors, but the zip code data collected allows us to qualify for grants and sponsorships that are critical to keeping CHaRM open.  Please read all guidelines below before arriving at CHaRM:

  • Businesses must register with us before making an appointment. Please click here to register.
  • All materials must be pre-sorted.
  • All items must be clean and dry.
  • Each vehicle must have an appointment. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment.
